GCSE ACCELERATOR TERMS OF Service

1. Introduction

GCSE Accelerator provides structured GCSE Maths and Science academic support through live online lessons, coaching, and learning materials.These Terms explain how the programme operates, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from families participating in our learning community.GCSE Accelerator is operated by:

Your enrolment provides your child access to the programme, which may include:

  • Live teaching sessions
  • Office hours/Q&A support/Tutor help sessions
  • Exam practice classes
  • Academic coaching and guidance
  • Recorded lessons
  • Worksheets and learning resources
  • Access to our student learning platform and community

Together these are referred to as the “Services” or “Materials.”The Services are provided for your child’s personal educational use only.

2.1 Nature of the Programme

GCSE Accelerator is a structured supplementary education programme. It is not a school, a replacement for school teaching, or a one-to-one tutoring service.The programme provides teaching, coaching, and exam preparation support designed to help students improve understanding and exam technique. However, academic progress depends on the student’s effort, attendance, completion of work set, and engagement with the Materials.By enrolling, you acknowledge that specific grades or improvements cannot be guaranteed and results vary between students.

3. Payment, Access & Refund Policy

3.1 Securing a Place

By making payment, you secure a place in our limited-capacity programme. Places are capped to protect teaching quality and student support. Payment also provides immediate access to programme Materials and support.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made either:

  • in full, or
  • according to the instalment plan selected at checkout.

If an instalment plan is chosen, all instalments remain payable regardless of attendance, participation, or continued engagement. Instalment plans are a payment arrangement, not a subscription.

3.3 No-Refund Policy

Due to limited seats, reserved teaching capacity, and immediate access to Materials, we do not offer refunds once a place is secured.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • A student choosing to stop the subject
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Non-attendance at live lessons
  • Lack of engagement
  • Tier changes (Higher/Foundation)
  • School advice, school restrictions, or school policies (including boarding school limitations on  external tuition)
  • Personal circumstances

Recordings and Materials remain available even if live sessions are missed.Due to limited seats, reserved teaching capacity, and immediate access to Materials, we do not offer refunds once a place is secured.

3.4 Delivery of Services

Access to any part of the programme — including lessons, recordings, Materials, support channels, or community platforms — constitutes delivery of the Services. Non-attendance at live lessons, or failure to access recordings, does not mean the Services were not provided. By enrolling, you acknowledge the programme is delivered through access rather than usage. Due to limited seats, reserved teaching capacity, and immediate access to Materials, we do not offer refunds once a place is secured.

3.5 Instalment Plans

Failure to complete instalments may result in suspension of access and recovery of the outstanding balance.

4. Term, Access & Termination

4.1 Start of Agreement

This agreement begins immediately upon payment.

4.2 Ending the Agreement (By You)

You may cancel at any time with written notice. However, outstanding payments remain due in full.

4.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Fees remain unpaid
  • These Terms are breached
  • Behaviour is inappropriate
  • The learning environment is disrupted
  • Laws or rights of others are violated

4.4 Programme Discontinuation

If the programme permanently ceases operation, we will provide reasonable notice and access to existing recorded Materials until the notified end date.

4.5 Behaviour & Conduct

Students must behave respectfully toward tutors and other students. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, misuse of chat, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from sessions or community platforms. Removal due to behaviour does not cancel payment obligations and no refund will be issued.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Provide the Services with reasonable care and skill
  • Use appropriately qualified tutors
  • Deliver structured academic support

We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

5.2 Your Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You have authority to enrol the student
  • Materials will only be used by your child
  • Content will not be copied, shared, or redistributed

5.3 Student Participation

Students are expected to attend where reasonably possible, engage respectfully, and complete assigned work. We are not responsible for lack of progress where a student does not attend, engage, or complete recommended work.

6. Intellectual Property

All Materials — including videos, worksheets, slides, course structure, and teaching methods — remain the property of Minimat Services – FZCO. Materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, distributed, or used outside your child’s learning.

6.1 Account Use

Lessons are recorded so students can rewatch missed or difficult topics. Recordings are shared only with enrolled students for learning purposes. Students are not required to use cameras and cameras are typically off during lessons. Occasionally we may provide short preview lesson clips publicly for informational purposes. These do not show students’ identities. By enrolling, you consent to your child’s participation in recorded lessons used for student learning access.

6.1 Lesson Recordings

Access is for the enrolled student only. Sharing login details, recordings, worksheets, or Materials is strictly prohibited. Access may be suspended without refund if sharing is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the programme will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including academic performance outcomes.

8. Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, examples of student improvements, or past student outcomes are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.

9. Communication & Support

We aim to respond to messages promptly; however, support is provided during reasonable business hours and immediate responses are not guaranteed. The programme provides structured academic support and does not include unlimited one-to-one tutoring outside scheduled sessions.

10. Educational Support Role

GCSE Accelerator provides academic support only and does not assume parental or school supervisory responsibility for students outside scheduled sessions.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, internet failure, or technical outages.

12. General Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms replace prior discussions or agreements. Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Notices: Formal communication must be sent to the enrolment email. Electronic Acceptance: Online acceptance is legally binding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
